I had a sizeable mole on my face that I wanted removed but was paranoid about the scarring it would leave. My derm recommended I see a plastic surgeon for that reason and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Gutowski is a wonderful surgeon! He has made my quality of life so much better and I wouldn't want to go to anyone but him to help me. I am a lipedema and Dercum's sufferer and have had several procedures with Dr. Gutowski. I have gone from a 4x size compression to an XL. I have had great outcomes from each surgery and after surgery if I had a question he was always able to contact and responded back right away. Dr. Gutowski just performed Lipedema Liposuction on me in July. The process was intimidating initially as my husband and I traveled from Wisconsin and knew it would be multiple trips and hotel stays away from our four children. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Gutowski,  Ellen, and the entire Freshmed Spa staff for the professional and caring way they guided us through this process. I knew I was in the hands of a surgeon who cared about really helping me heal. Dr. Gutowski has a very kind and patient bedside manner. The surgery went well and I am excited to see what my future now looks like. I finally can walk, swim and be active with my four kids and three dogs! I feel like I now have a second chance at living! Dr. Gutowski is an excellent plastic surgeon who has performed three major surgeries on me. I trust him completely. He is realistic when outlining risks as well as expectations for outcomes. I am very very happy with my results at only 1 month post op and I cannot stop looking at my new body shape! I came in for a consultation and Dr. Gutowski listened to what I had in mind about what I wanted to change on my body and how he can help. After our conversation, I felt calmed, & confident so I picked him.

I had a drainless tummy tuck w/ muscle repair, 360 lipo, fat transfer to my hips to create some curves to my round shape!! and mini arm lift. (I will post more vulnerable pictures on real self if you'd like to check them out.) I am still swollen, and I cannot wait until my final results!

Dr. Gutowski and his team are amazing...I feel so fortunate to have found them. I've struggled with lipedema since my teenage years and Dr. G has literally changed my life, as I can now live pain free.

Dr. Gutowski and Ellen are incredible at what they do. They are passionate about helping women with Lipedema and are compassionate and caring. I had two liposuction surgeries with Dr. G in 2022 and am so pleased with the results - so much less pain. I feel like a new woman.
